The Plenae Super App is part of the Plenae Empresas Methodology, designed by Geyze and Abilio Diniz to assist employees and entrepreneurs in developing an action plan to change habits, well-being and quality of life.
Our methodology is based on balancing the pillars of integral health: Body, Mind, Spirit, Purpose, Relationships and Context.
It consists of three stages: Awareness raising with a Virtual Reality experience (Connect) + Measuring well-being with the Grau Plenae Diagnosis + Human Development with the Plenae Super App.
Thus, we help leaders understand and measure the comprehensive health of employees and, based on this, propose effective initiatives for the teams well-being.
